Youth Winter Camp 2020
What is Camp?
Along with hundreds of students from all over SoCal, our PFC Youth gather for a weekend in sacred space to deepen our relationship with Christ and each other. What makes camp so transformational is that our students go with the expectation of encountering God's presence. This year's theme is "We Are All Called" which emphasizes everyone's unique calling in the Kingdom of God.

The Camp Theme
Sound Mind:
This year’s theme “Sound Mind” comes from the passage in 2 Timothy 1:7, “God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind.” Read more about the vision surrounding the camp theme written by our SoCal NextGen Leader, Ashton Fish.

Camp Testimonies
"To me winter camp is a time to slow down and focus on God. It’s a time of discovery and growth in relationships, with both the youth group as well as God. It’s also a time for me to really focus on what God has for me. The reason I keep going back is because in my fast- paced life, I tend to forget almost everything, whether it’s what I had for breakfast or my own birthday, so making the commitment to go every year helps me solidify myself in God. I can honestly say that the years of going has changed my outlook on the church, God, and myself (all in positive ways). Winter camp has made me a better person who is now able to see God on a daily basis, instead of just my once or twice a week church going days. Winter camp has become a vital part of my life and is always something I look forward to every year in comes around

"When it comes to camp, what stands out to me is seeing my kids totally transformed in their walk with God and then seeing that walked out in their relationships with each other. The bond between them all has gotten deeper and stronger, and as a mom, that makes my heart soar!"
